Ghana air freight forwarding operation process:
1. Consulting quotation
According to the information about the weight, volume, destination, and other information of the goods exported by air from China to Ghana, as well as the service needs of the guests, we will provide the most suitable air freight quotation for the guests.
2. Submit the Air Freight Power of Attorney
After the two parties agree on the price and the air export route from China to Ghana, the consignor shall fill in the entrustment form for the air transportation of goods as required, and send it back to our company by fax or email to formally accept the relevant entrustment.
3. Book airline seats
After our international logistics accepts the entrustment, we will book the air freight space with the airline as soon as possible according to the condition of the goods, the delivery time, and the requirements of the consignor, determine the information of the air export flight from China to Ghana and give feedback to the guests in time.
4. Check the bill of lading and other information
Our international logistics operators will submit the bill of lading information to the airline based on the consignee, consignor, cargo, and other information provided by the customer, and confirm the content of the bill of lading with the client before formally submitting the documents.
5. Delivery to airport warehouse
The consignor delivers the goods to the designated warehouse according to the warehousing address, serial number, and other information provided by our international logistics, or entrusts our international logistics to arrange door-to-door pickup and warehousing; the warehouse will confirm the final billing weight according to the weight and volume of the goods, Issue the Chinese air export bill of lading.
6. Customs declaration
Our international logistics will review and sort out the complete customs declaration documents provided by the guests, and submit the documents to Shenzhen Airport Customs. After the customs department has reviewed and approved, they will be released for departure.
7. Make air export bills
Our international logistics will confirm the air export cost of the batch of goods according to the final billable weight and other miscellaneous charges issued by the customs supervision warehouse, and provide the client with a payment notice.
8. Air cargo tracking
After the goods are put into the warehouse, our international logistics will closely track the air transportation and arrival of the goods, and inform customers in time.
